Unopened, unused earrings may be returned within 15 days, at the shipping expense of the customer, for a full refund. If you receive your earrings and do not like them, please do send them back quickly for a refund.

Polymer clay is flexible, but it can still be torn or broken and should be handled delicately. If your Anda Renée earrings break at no fault of your own within 6 months of purchase please email anda@andarenee.com so we can work out a return and repair, or a return and replace. Refunds are not available after 15 days. Please note that for the one-of-a-kind sets no exact replacements exist.

Your item is not made ready to ship until your order is received. Shipping may take up to two weeks domestically, but typically takes between 5-7 business days.

Shipping is free on orders over $60.00

Shipping on orders less than $60.00 is a flat rate of $10.00.
