Unopened, unused earrings may be returned within 15 days.  When your return is received in the original box and packaging you will be refunded.  If you receive your earrings and do not like them or they don't meet your expectations for color, size, etc. send them back right away.  Your refund will be processed within 10 days of receiving the return.

Polymer clay is flexible, but it can still be torn or snaped and should be handled delicately. You should not bend, tear, smash, or put anything heavy on top of your earrings. You should not carry them in a pocket or purse unless they are protected.  If your Anda Renée earrings break at no fault of your own within 6 months of purchase please email anda@andarenee.com so we can work out a return and repair, or a return and replace.

Please note that for the one-of-a-kind sets no exact replacements exist.
